Someone else tells me that everyday :)

I am using TNCM/Barts as playground to test how things can be done in FSX - and that takes time. If it turns out crap or the FS9 version receives more interest then the FSX version in the long run, that will certainly have consequences for whatever scenery I develop after that, if any.

I would be curious to know what Imaginesim's sales have been like the past two days for CVG as it was released for FS9 only. Same with Gary Summons EGSS scenery for FS9. By the way, I purchased both for use in FS9 as I intend to stay with FS9 probably until FS11 as FSX just looks to be too buggy and not worth the hassle as I have way too many addons for FS9.
I will say that anything FT puts out for FS9, I will buy. If they make it FSX only...no money from me. I wish Cloud 9 made MCO for FS9...I bet their sales of FSX only products have been very sluggish.
Good point. I am still buying FS9 only products because I will be using this sim along with FSX for a long time to come.

Imaginesim however clearly states on the CVG product information page that an FSX update is right around the corner and will be free to FS9 owners. I just hope they do this with their other sceneries. I am a huge FlyTampa fan as well as Imaginesim and Cloud9.

Well, me too :D

I would appreciate if you could work on the FS9 version full steam to get it out asap 8) Then you could take your time for the FSX version in quiet :)

I for sure support anything that comes out for FS9 and will continue to for quite a long time. I'm one of those people who have a good computer but by chance FSX runs like crap on it, go figure...

Now I just need to find a developer that would like to continue KSTL, haha. ImagineSim told me they "might" consider restarting and OSS died. *sighs* 8)

Guys,

Don't forget that even if ACES will find a solution for both overall performance and SDK Scenery issues, all FSX scenery products (future and current ones) will be useless without a program that is similar to AFCAD in FS9. It might takes months, if not years.

I bought it yesterday. Still not a FlyTampa's quality, but they're getting better and better with each release.

Hey FlyTampa guys whatever happened to LGA? I will buy it even if it's only for FS9.

You don't need that, try XML code in notepad and BGLComp.exe, way more exciting and "geeky". Seriously, while I am sure there will be some sort or several "airport-facility-editor" GUIs, I doubt we will see anything as polished as Lee's Afcad GUI. That was an absolute gem in the world of FS tools.... the best in fact.. closely followed by the FS8/9 Autogen editor which caused several broken fingers and weeks of spastic syntoms. Some devs had to charge extra for the autogen to pay their hospital bills.

You said it! STL definately needs some love, especially with the new runway that spans the perimeter road(s). I fly into STL every month connecting to Chicago and would LOVE to see someone finally give the gateway to the west some attention.

Personally if I there's an airport that I'd like to see that I think has definitely been overlooked I would have to go with KPIT. That's one that I'd like to see a developer do.

Just being nosy, but I see your username is flysiu, so I figured you're in Carbondale. Do you fly out of Marion to STL and then on to Chicago?
