You dont really need this hotfix unless you are interested in having a version where static aircraft are removed. Thanks to all from this thread. I think by removing the static aircrafts the sim saves memory or maybe it doesn't matter?

I think the difference in resources is negligible.
The major reason for providing airport scenery without any static aircraft is for those flying online. And I really wish that would be a standard for all airport scenery developers to always include that option.
I'm not a scenery developer so I wouldn't know what is possible and not but someone told me in the past, as long as the right models of static aircraft are used, they should react correctly based on how you set the 'Show parked aircraft' option in X-Plane. So, when you have static aircraft even with that option unchecked, I guess that means the scenery developer included some own/custom type of static aircraft models.
I'm sure Emilios could tell us more about this from a technical POV.

Not possible in XPlane i m afraid. Only one naming convention is allowed for compiled scenery assets, therefore switching can only be manual.

The hotfix .zip is updated with a couple more stuff plus tower view. South tower made more sense to view runway movement.

Have installed hotfix, but still have default textures in the converted tile and no tower view - still at the arpon close to the gates and ground level.
Can ypu try to fix the default textures in the converted tile and a proper tower wie?

Ok iam not the only one.... and still have default terrain blended with converted ortho tile. Did the tile 2-3 Times. 😌
