The tool searches for "textures" and "terrain" folders. When an orthotile is properly compiled, these folders are normally inside the zOrtho4XP_ folder. The Flytampa_Ortho4xp_conversion_tool folder is there too. So, your zOrtho4XP folder must contains the folders:
Earth nav data
Flytampa_Ortho4xp_conversion_tool
terrain
textures

Yes, that is exactly what it looks like.
It is simple as that... this message is shown only if one of the 2 folders don't exist or are misspelled. I cannot think what else could go wrong here...
The folders are not misspelled. I've re-done them 2 times.

west from airport LGTS the ortho doesnt work.

Do your ortho tiles look ok there? I had some issues to download the +40+022 tile with 1.2 ortho4xp version. It worked only with 1.3
If no issues with original orthos.. did you try the latest version of the tool?

Does anyone know of a Conversion Tool for Photoshop & Paintshop files to other programs such as Photosuite and keep their attributes such as layering.
I use Photosuite and almost all logos and other things I need to do my own covers are in there formats psd or psp.
