I have the same issue and just installed the P3D V4 hotfix 1. Also reinstalled Flytampa Libraries as indicated higher up in the thread. Guess a Flytampa fix is needed?

Redownload and reinstall the Libraries again, let me know if that fixes it.

After installing the hotfix and reinstalling the library, the stop indicator still remains to be upside-down on EHAM. I feel like I missed something, but I'm not sure what.

I don't have such gate dockings or STOP signs at all in P3Dv4. But from FSX all are there.
What can be wrong?
