Hi,

I've purchased FlyTampa EHAM through the MSFS Marketplace (which was a first and last time) and now I can't get the GSX profile to work. I've tried to let GSX create a new INI file as described on several forums, but these files do not contain an 'Afcad_path' nor does the INI file as provided here. Is there any workaround to get the GSX profile working when purchased through marketplace? Thanks!!

Regards,
Ard

EDIT: disregard message above as it works just fine. An old freeware version in my community folder was causing things not to work. Feel free to delete this post.

Will this be updated to reflect the push/pull procedures at EHAM?

I have installed the GSX Flytampa Amsterdam profiles as described.
What I find at gate D 54 that everything is working, but the pushback is a bit off.
It gives me the pushback NE instead of E and places me off to the NE of the taxiway of the terminal.
How does this occur and how can I change this in the right direction?

Kind regards,

Fred

Hi, a pushback from D54 is not supposed to be on the yellow line. It should be on the white 'pushback' line that is slightly angled compared to the yellow line of TWY A9. So if its correct on the white line (I believe it is) then it's correct.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, indeed it is set on the white line facing NE. Could you also tell why this is? Because the VATSIM or IVAO controlers always request pushback facing E.

Kind regards,

Fred

The white line is the pushback limit line. So this is east enough when the controller tells you 'face east'.

Pushbacks (Push and Pull) are 100% according to real life at the correct stop position. When they request facing east you can choose in this example (facing NE) and you will be at the correct stop.

Hello I just recently bought and installed FlyTampa Amsterdam and installed the gsx profile. Unfortunately every time I attempt pushback I get a coatl scripting engine error for pushback.py. I have attempted pushback at other custom airports since I got this error at Amsterdam and pushback worked at them.
the log due to it stating attachments can not be uploaded

EDIT was able to fix. Had to completely uninstall gsx, and delete all folders associated with gsx
