Landing in one direction and departing in another

In this instance landing and departing at EKCH is RWY 04 L and 04 R. Aircraft are land on the correct RWY, 04 L and 04 R. However, departing aircraft are taking off on 22 L and 22 R. This happened no matter what the winds are. Is this a MSFS issue or is it the scenery ? I have the latest updated EKCH downloaded from Orbx.

Hi.
Writing from Denmark. I have the same problem plus another one. I can not get VDGS to work. I have the the correct .ini file and the gates are correct set. But I get marshalls everywhere.
Can I fix it myself?
