Wrong rwy in use at EKCH

I have not used live AI-traffic to this date in MSFS but after FlyByWire has launched its FSLTL i'm on. Thats a great product. But in FlyTampa EKCH-Cpenhagen all landing aircraft are using RWY 12/30 and is totally wrong, because Rwy 12/30 is very rarely in use and it is blocking departing traffic bound for rwy 22R to take off. Rwy 12/30 are only in use, with very strong westerly winds. Rwy's for LANDING in EKCH are 22L or 04L, and for take off 22R or 04R. In the "old" FSX/P3D-days you could edit the AFCADs with ADE-Airport Design Editor but with MSFS the afcads for Marketplace Airports are not visible and are encrypted so its not possible to edit anything. ADE to MSFS is still in the early fase so its a little bit tricky to use so far.

So FlyTampa can we as customers get an AFCAD that corrects this, and if yes, where to put it.
