Crackling/Stuttering Sound In/Out of Corfu

Hello,

i and other users are experiencing Crackling and Stuttering Sounds while flying in and out of LGKR in MSFS. Starting about 60NM inbound to Corfu on different aircrafts.

Are you guys aware of this issue?

i had the same issue. I believe that was with v1.1, which i've since uninstalled due to terrain issue. Not tested with 1.0

Same problem here. The crackling sound and stuttering occurs when I'm flying towards the island and I'm 50-100Nm away. It doesn't matter which plane. The problem does not exist at LGKR Airport itself.

Strange issue, looking into it though. It does seem to happen far off the airport itself.

Yes. It starts when still far outside ant it stops while almost on final. It is not continuous but periodically all the way through the Descent or during the Climb while flying out of LGKR. During the Outbound Flight i had this also until i landed at my Destination (LOWS). It seems like something is going on with the Sim when it loads LGKR in. I heard about some People saying that it could be due to the custom mesh or due to CPU Resources given by the Sim. But so far it only happens while flying In/Out of Corfu on my Side.

Never had this before Corfu at my sim.

I have the same problem. I was departing from Corfu to Kologne and stutters and sound pops continued all the way until shutdown.

Similar problem occurs with Island Creations Canary Islands. There is a problem since SU7 or 8 with custom DEMs whatever resolution they are. Uninstalling DEMs solved that problem with their addons.

Me too, it was unplayable, waiting for fix.

Hi, as of the 14th of September I am experiencing the same issues described above. Has anyone got any follow ups or fixes for the issue above?

I have the same problem - crackling and stuttering.
When I delete it in the Community folder - no problems :O

For now the solution should be to remove the folder of the island "flytampa-corfu-island" from the community folder. Hope it helps.
