EHAM Missing Buildings

Scenery is great other than one thing. I'm missing some buildings in the screenshot below. No ORBX Netherlands installed and no NL2000 installed still happens.

Are you using the latest EHAM version ? there have been some exclusion fixes in the last update (v2.1)
