Jetways + Lights underground

I just started having this issue now where the jetways and taxiway are underground. This issue seems to be limited to only KBOS, no other airports I have are also having this issue. Any ideas? (also I would include images but it will not let me post links)

Which version of p3d?

Installed any mesh/terrain addons?
