Just going to get my money back.
To much hassle to write to support and they probably would never answer anyways.
The add on is junk!
I think it has to do with the content manager aka download manager in the simulator.
You do not purchase through marketplace, you buy the addon in the game!
Then download within the game.
Terrible download manager/content manager!

What a headache I went through, to try to get it to work!
STILL DOES NOT WORK!
I believe I deleted and re-downloaded a half of dozen times!

I can't believe they sell this with this many problems!

I am sorry for the trouble, but unfortunately, we have no control over the installation process via the in-game content manager. There have been no problems with the product during testing, but isolated issues can happen. Again, this is entirely controlled by Microsoft, who I believe should be able to help resolve the issue if they get contacted.

A refund is always an option if the team cannot help with it.

yes, I believe it to be the content manager aka Download manager in the flight simulator.
I've tried to download many times, it will stop and re-download, tell you it is downloaded when it is not.
I did get my money back.
I hope microsoft will fix the issue.
