Saba missing ATC (StMarteen Complete)

Hi all! I've recently bought from SimMarket the St. Marteen Complete package for my FSX Steam: it works flawessely, but I'm experiencing issues with Saba airport because it seems that there's no ATC at all; I mean, when opening the default FSX ATC window ad searching for airports, I can't find Saba into the list so I cannot communicate, for example, a landing intention or takeoff. I can also confirm that, before installing St. Marteen Complete, the default FSX Saba ATC worked perfectly. Is it normal? Is there somenthing I can do? Thanks in advance for your time. Federico
