FlyTampa Amsterdam and ORBX Netherlands city autogen

Gentelmen.
I have recently introduced FlyTampa Amsterdam on top of my ORBX Netherlands in the scenery config file.
FlyTampa has the patch installed as I have a Prepar3D V4 Flightsim installation.
Schiphol airport works beautiful however when i fly in from the north over Amsterdam Center towards Schiphol i can see that part of my ORBX Netherlands autogen produced buildings have disappeard.
When I switch off FlyTampa Amsterdam in the Scenery config file the buildings appear again.
So i wonder if there is, or needs to be created, a special FlyTampa ORBX Netherlands related file that illiminates all influences to the sceneries that are outside the Schiphol perimiter.
Have a look at my screendumps and you will see clearly what i mean. These are not the only area's that are affected by FlyTamp Amstredam. I just copied the most impotent once.

Go to the ORBX forum and search for: Netherlands TrueEarth + FT EHAM. In that thread follow Holger Sandmann's instructions. When you do that, everyting is working like it should!

The problem with Holger's instructions is that it removes the much more detailed FlyTampa area directly adjacent to the airport, and also adds autogen trees that cover some of the roads and flyovers near the terminals. That is unacceptable to me, so I have compromised to a certain extent. I have followed some of Holger's instructions, so I will need to check out the area that you mention....

Next to that, there seems to be a memory leak somewhere when using FT EHAM and ORBX NL together… I ended up in uninstalling ORBX NL
