True, however Drzewiecki Design is planning on porting over their Chicago Airports to MSFS2020. Their version of Midway is more recent than FlyTampa's which is starting to show it's age. As far as I'm aware the changes you mentioned are incorporated in the Drzewiecki scenery, and as a bonus you get O'Hare as well.

MSFS is in dire need of a decent KTPA. The one they have looks like some sort of mall....or plaza...

my prediction is that the company that did TPA for xplane will be the one to bring it to MSFS.

Really hoping that a Dubai v2 is in the works / being considered. There have been a lot of changes over the last few years to the airport (and the city, but that’s Dubai huh?!) Anyway just my 2 cents worth, cheers!
