Sydney V2 Tower PBR Glass Reflectivity

Post by Macca99 » Tue Oct 06, 2020 8:40 pm

Hi FlyTampa,

Any chance the PBR glass textures in the top parts of the tower could be fine-tuned to be more reflective. They appear to be quite dull in both P3D v4 and v5 respectively.

Kind regards,

Its at maximum reflectivity already believe it or not. It might be the downwards facing glass that makes it worse. The reflections in p3d are just a crude cube map and I have asked LM to boost them in the past. Scenery objects get fairly bland reflections compared to simobjects(aircraft).

However, wait for the future, version cough, cough. It gets a little better ;)

I think they are reflections mirrored from near surfaces ...
