Swtiching off Animated billboards [XPlane11]

To replace animated billboards with static billboards please follow below:

1. Apply hotfix from here: viewtopic.php?f=34&t=14099

2. Go to : 'Custom Scenery\FlyTampa_LasVegas_0_airport\Earth nav data\+30-120\static_billboards'

3. Copy the '+36-116.dsf' and paste it into its parent folder one level up (ie. Custom Scenery\FlyTampa_LasVegas_0_airport\Earth nav data\+30-120\) and replace

4. Repeat the same procecss for the ''Custom Scenery\FlyTampa_LasVegas_0_city\" folder

5. To revert back to original (animated) state, you can do the same process using the .dsf which is in the 'animated_billboards' folder from step 3
