Fly Tampa Kai Tak Scenery is not shown

I installed Kai Tak with the Universal Installer on my PC and it is also shown in the addon scenery as Kai Tak and Kai Tak LC, but when I load it there are simply no buildings and no runway. Actually it doesn't load anything that is included in the addon. I've already tried everything, but how can I not get it to work. I have already deactivated the Hong Kong standard scenery, which did not help either.

I installed P3dv4 and I don't have any other Sceneryx add-ons from Hong Kong

I'm not sure what that could be. Check if your Scenery Complexity slider is set to max and make sure your Autogen Slider isn't set to None.
