Did you select the correct version of Prepar3d when you installed it. V4.5 or V5. You have to point the installer at the active version of P3D or it might have installed to a inactive default location. Does it show up in-game?

Sorry about delayed replay. I'm a doctor working 24-hour shifts in emergency ward dealing with covid-19 here in Sao Paulo/Brazil.
I have P4Dv4.5 (didn't update to 4.5 HF2 yet). Got KBOS from your website, run Universal Installer, followed instructions and installation seemed ok but then KBOS isn't shown.

When you run the Universal Installer and it says "Downloading FlyTampa-KBOS V4.2", do you see an extraction/installation process after the download, or does it just finish immediately after downloading.
I see you also have Toronto and Vienna Installed, did you install those using the Universal Installer?

It finishes just after download is complete and open a window where there is no KBOS scenery.

Ok, that means it is skipping the installation part which explains why you have no folders. This can be due to the download finishing prematurely or some AV software blocking the Installer.
How did you get Toronto and Vienna installed? Also using the Universal Installer?

I really can't remember about Toronto but I bought Vienna & Boston together, run both with Universal Installer, first Vienna, which went smoothly and then Boston.

Re: No KBOS subfolder inside P3Dv4/FlyTampa scenery folder
Two things to check:
1. That there is enough space on your harddrive(s) incl your Windows Temp drive because the Installer downloads to the temp drive.
2. That there is no Antivirus type app running while running the Installer.

Re: No KBOS subfolder inside P3Dv4/FlyTampa scenery folder
I have 1TB SSD for OS, 1TB for P3Dv4 & 1TB for P3Dv4 addons so I think that TEMP files wouldn't be an issue. Will disable any AV and will rpt back. Anyway, tks

Disabled both Windows Defender & Iobit Malware, run Universal Installer, same result:no Boston folder after running like it would install.
Verified that all sceneries have airport ICAO name plus letters & numbers as serial but Boston has a dash between -> KBOS-4Dxxx

Re: No KBOS subfolder inside P3Dv4/FlyTampa scenery folder
Do other FlyTampa products install okay via the Universal Installer? Perhaps try deleting your Vienna folder and seeing if the Vienna installer (via the Universal installer) recreates it. Also delete everything in your TEMP folder (open up file explorer, type in %temp%), check that you have permissions to your P3Dv4 folder, check that UAC is on. Note that running two Anti-Virus programs is a bad idea and will screw up your computer real bad. Make sure you aren't interrupting the downloading process when you install.
Also obvious stuff like restarting your computer, making sure you have the latest Windows updates etc.
