Are you using the SODE jetways of the default Ctrl+J jetways?

i would try re-installing the SODE module
then also check you have the FlyTampa_KLAS folder " C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\SimObjects" and the FlyTampa_KLAS.xml in "C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml"
