Runways are in valleys

I tried KLAX as downloaded and the runways and taxiways were in deep valleys.
So I went to ORBX Vector and disables KLAX in the AEC.
I stared P3Dv4.3 again and sill no change I am sitting in a valley. see picture below.
How do I get everything back to level?

Ok all fine I found the solution elsewhere in the Forum and adjusted the scenery world scenery to Off and everything is now level.
