Purchased via Simmarket no serial being provided.

G'day
Picked upi your new LAS scenery on simmarket.
I have advised them and now you guys that after purchase no serial is being delivered so i am unable to install this at the moment.
Can you guys get together with simmarket and please rectify this please so i can use the scenery.

There is plenty of answering every other question but here i am having paid for the scenery but still no serial number to install it.
