Installer will not work

I tried to install OMDB in my P3DV4. The installer couldn't find P3D to begin with. So, I directed it to the P3DV4 folder and then created a Dubai folder within the Fly Tampa folder. The "OK" button on the installer still remained shaded. So, I could not click OK to run the installer.

Where am I going wrong?

You don't need to create any folders, you need to select the root Prepar3D v4 directory. Thats the one containing the Prepar3D.exe. The installer will create its own sub directory.
