i have a problem on gate 126 i try to connect the jetway and its not attaching the right way or where it should. is there a fix for this

Is that just with this aircraft? and only at this particular gate?

I have the same problems. I emailed Martin and awaits his response. Hopefully he will provide instructions how to resolve this issues.
