FlyTampa-Sydney with P3D ver4.3

I purchased this product for my FSX system back in 2015. I now have a new PC, set up with Win10 and Prepar3d (version 4.3). So I have downloaded the following files:-
FlyTampa_Sydney_FSX_P3D.zip
YSSY_P3Dv4_Patch.zip
FlyTampa_Configurator_Libraries_P3D.exe
It has been a long time since I installed the FSX version and I would appreciate guidance for the complete installation procedure, can anyone can help please.

Run FlyTampa_Sydney_FSX_P3D_12.exe with the DAT file in the same folder
The DAT can be found here if you lost it..

Then unzip the patch & manually copy the three BGL files to the Prepar3D\FlyTampa\Sydney\scenery folder
overwrite the original files when asked.
