Scenery Library order

Hello,

the recent scenery for Saba Island and St Marteen came along with a set of Files in the Scenery Library. Where should this be located in the scenery order ? I had placed it below the addon scenery, but some posts on other forums indicate that Libraries need to be on top of everthing ?

The "FlyTampa-Libraries" location shouldn't matter. Putting it on top won't hurt, but isn't necessary.
