My mesh slider is all the way right, I've tried my mesh settings at all settings and still get these issues. Only way for it to work is turning Aerosoft Cities off.

I have Aserosoft Boston along with FlyTampa KBOS Rebooted, I did follow the instructions on how to use them together, but I still get little issues like this. I also had the plane bouncing on 27, 33L, and 4R. I had that landing 27 issue but used the BGL that made it flat, but still bounces on the runway.

You can fix it by removing Boston_Water.bgl in Aerosoft's scenery folder. There will be more serious issues with the entire surrounding water after removal
Perhaps ask Aerosoft to fix it as I think I've done a fair bit to hack it together.
I didn't know the product was available for P3D until release day. You may have to live with a few visual problems.
The Bouncing should be fixed in the latest patch. At least over the 27 Threshold.
If you see dust coming off the wheels, you might have duplicate afcad.
