St.Maarten and St.Bartholomew missing effects in P3D v4

First I warn you that I'm french don't be surprised if my english is bad

In fact, in St.Maarten into P3D v4 with addon version 1.9, I noticed that there is no sandblast effect when the aircaft increases the thrust.

Also, in St.Bartholomew version 1.8, there is no smoke escaping from the factory visible in the axis of the runway 10.

I would like to know if I'm the only one to have that.

Check that the airports are listed in "grey" in the scenery Library. Next check the add-on.xml in the Prepar3D v4/FlyTampa/StMaarten/ folder. Check in notepad that the effects are listed, like this:

Have you tried setting the Sandblast in the Configurator Tool to "always on". This is just to test if it appears at all.
