P3DV4 CYYZ Crash to Desktop

sorry to hijack this tread but the same applies for LOWW.

no 3d grass night works , with grass ctd.

Can you redownload the LOWW patch and apply the files again (with 3D Grass enabled while patching). I ahve recompiled the grass in the same manner as CYYZ I don't see why it would still crash. I'm also not able to reproduce the night crash myself here.

Update:

redownloaded the vienna patch and applied it. With grass on while the update.

But still no luck , imediate crash while P3D loads the flight

With no grass everything is fine.

i see there is a new version for vienna.

i try it now

also with the 6.2 version no luck Imediate crash.

But now i also get a unhandled exception when i try to disable grass in flytampa configurator

Can i provide you some logs or something?

You prob had the grass set to off when re-applying the patch, which means you now have:
loww_grasses01.bgl 01 to 11

and loww_grasses01.off 01 to 11

You need to delete one of the 2 sets, doesn't matter which one.

You are right martin, delted the off ones no everything is nice with flytampa configurator but still no luck with night.

should i try to completly reinstall vienna?

Same here in LOWW. Tried the new files but the sim still crashes when loading LOWW at night.

For the moment, turn the 3D grass off if it crashes at night.

I have this problem with cyyz where if I load the scenary or if i am on approch to it, P3Dv4 crashes with no error messages.

It just crashes
I disabled virtually all features including the grass and dynamic lighting
No luck

Any ideas?

With the new version 1.4 (of CYYZ) that is specifically made for P3Dv4 there shouldn't be any crashes. Are you sure all traces of the older CYYZ or v4 patch have been removed from your system?

The thing is that, i removed the flytampa cyyz
And I m still getting a CTD now

Am I missing something?
