Some days ago I installed FlyTampa Kai Tak for FSX (no Steam Edition) and noticed a great impact in franes (about 5 to 10 flying over the city) I want to have the highest possible frames on my pc even with PMDG 777, 737 and Aerosoft Airbus

Bad FPS everywhere
