Big squares appear on runway in Windows 10

I have to enable DX10 in order to play FSX in Windows 10. But when i enable DX10, big red squares appear on the runway.

You need the "Steve DX10 fixer" if you want to use DX10. Also, you need the correct settngs within the fixer.
