Sydney not Installing Correctly

Hey all. I am looking for some help. I recently uninstalled FSX and FSX:SE in an attempt to solve another issue (it didn't work). After I reinstalled both FSX and FSX:SE I went to reinstall Sydney in both FSX and FSX:SE and it doesn't work. I get a Scenery.cfg error in Addon Scenery\FlyTampa\Sydney\SCENERY in scenery Area.121 saying not found. Sydney is listed as number 1 in the Scenery Library and there is nothing to add in the Addon Scenery\scenery folder. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling in both FSX and FSX:SE to no avail. When I load up at YSSY I get default stuff sans buildings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*Update it works in CD FSX but still gives my an error about Libraries still not working in FSX:SE
