Version 2.6 PAPI Lights dark

Hi Pilots,

are your PAPI Lights (LOWW 2.6) are clearly visible.
I use FSX with Stev´s DX10 Scenery Fixer.

The PAPI Lights are hardly to be seen, really dark.
On the other places I´ve got no problems.

I'm unaware of any changes to the papi lights in V 2.6. Should be exactly the same as 2.5

Unfortunately, this does not solve my problem.
My friend has the same problem.
He also uses DX10.
Maybe that comes from fixed DX10.

Unfortunately, I can see no light at the papi........................

You are running DX10 with or without Steve's Fixer?

It might just be a setting, but I'm still puzzled because nothing Papi related changed between 2.5 and 2.6

Hi Martin,

i use Stevs DX10 Scenery Fixer.
At all other Airports the Papis are lightning very good.
I do not know what my papi ligts have done in 2.5
Sorry about my bad englisch.
Do you think the problem is by the DX10 Fixer.
A friend of me have the same problem. He use also Stevs DX10 Scenery Fixer

Do you have any other airports from us to compare to, like Copenhagen, Sydney, Toronto, TNCM?

Ok, Dubai uses the same PAPI system and textures so there shouldn't be much difference between LOWW and OMDB papi. When you can also deactivate DX10 mode just to make sure DX9 is ok/different.

Dubai is alsow very dark. A little bit better then LOWW.
I will test ist without DX10.
Is there a change to fix this (error) for dx10.
All my papi lights on other Airports work very good for me.

I don't know what to fix. I assume you have a problem with some kind of setting that I'm unaware of. Both these airports have been out for years,we would have heard plenty about dark PAPIs in DX10 by now. Running it here, I see no difference in brightens between DX9 and DX10 papi.
