FSX - Fly Tampa Libraries not in Scenery library?

Thank you for yet a wonderful product George.
After deleting the old libraries I ran the installer for the new library and configurator and expected to find a new entry in my scenery library but it wasn't there? I had to add the library manually from the new location; FSX/Fly Tampa/. Is that correct and does the new library work for the other sceneries?

PS: In P3D, after running the new configurator the new library location is added to the scenery library.

What I did was first deleted entry from fsx.

Then removed the libraries from addon folder.

Then I ran new libraries as admin.

Worked without a hitch.

The folder location is correct /FSX/FlyTampa/Libraries/
This will work for prior Airport that use Library items as well and I am slowly migrating older Installers to all go into FSX/Flytampa/ like Sydney does. The reason for this change is that /FlyTampa/ will be kind of self-contained meaning a user can move the whole folder to another drive or folder, and the Config Tool etc will keep working.
