P3Dv2.5 compatibility

Is the current version of Copenhagen compatible with P3Dv2.5 or do I need to use the Estonian Migration Tool when I install this scenery in P3Dv2.5?

Reason I ask is I know LM changed the location of some of the standard files in v 2.5.
