SDKCompliance Mode not found

No way to install this scenery with the SDKCompliance Mode. I've tried to install it 4 times but I was never asked for the SDK or non SDK mode. The only window which is opening is the one for the options: Static aircrafts and so on...

Maybe I'm too old or tired, but I don't find the right way....

I need it because using FSX with Direct X10 preview, at night, the airport is grey with no lights.

The SDK mode was taken out of the latest version because it became redundant when using DX10 Mode with Steve DX10 Fixer Addon.
