why do you use BMT Micro

Why would you guys use BMT Micro as a distributor? In this day and ages of ordering online and receiving software on the fly, these people are just not up to par. Who knows how long I will have to wait before they "confirm" my order and give me my download instructions.

Hmm...odd....I ordered KSEA this morning at 6:15am and had no problem at all. As a matter of fact, about 3 seconds after I hit the submit button, my order was complete and had 3 emails from them. I also ordered KSAN with BMT Micro and had the same service.

Yeah...Turned on computer this morning before showering to check e-mails..had a glance at flight sim....whoa...KSEA is available..ordered it through BMT...3 MINUTES later and incrdemail notified me of mail....received 3 e-mails from BMT...downloaded off the link I was sent and installed...It took all of 15 min max from order to install.....went and had shower...Regards TH

check your spam box? and was it a yahoo or hotmail account, both of which are horrid for ordering things (IMHO)

I had my 3 emails in less than a minute, second time I've used bmt and both times it was very fast.

BMT has been in this business for a decade and are very reliable in the sense that I never heard of a single person getting charged and not getting the product sooner or later.

What influences the time it takes are 2 factors I believe:

1. The email you give them. It says on the form page that you fill out to avoid hotmail etc emails, meaning all these free web-based accounts.

2. The actual credit card and bank/institute that issued it and processes/authorizes the transactions. This may also depend on countries where it has been issued, I'm not sure.

Completed the order process, went immediately to email and BAMM! Had all I needed to install this great scenery. All told, about 1 1/2 minutes.

I didn't have to wait for any thing, I bought mine at SimMarket and automatically downloaded immediately without having to go to any email box.
