Hong Kong Kai-Tak Will Not load in FSX SP2

Each time try to load Kai-Tak into FSX SP2 it gets to 55% loading terrain data and hangs.
Even with all the scenery sliders set to the lowest settings it still does not get past 55%.
I have tried reinstalling the program and restarting several times with the same result.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this would be appreciated.

Run the installer ag again and unchecked AIships. If that doesn't help try loading with the AI sliders off completely to see if it gets to 100%
