Martin has tweaked the Runway lights to be brighter & whiter. A nice improvement from what I can see.
They'll also work on Dubai.

The lights problem that have been reported might be caused if MipBias option is enabled in FSX.cfg under the Display.Device option.

It was the cause of problem to some other freeware scenery.

You guys have to stock lights option in the installer(which are brighter) or upgrade to FSX
