Airplane sinks while taxing

I recently installed Dubai-Rebooted for FSX

While I commence taxi from Gates, towards the runway, the plane under carriage keeps sinking below the ground level at a distance along side the gates and parallel to the runway.

The plane movement become hard to control due to bumping up and down.

Any idea to solve such issue?

Older Dubai scenery or AFCAD still installed?

I haven't removed any thing prior to install fly tampa omdb. So i think it is already installed.

Thanks for the advice. i did removed the old scenery and problem solved
