Strange ground textures daytime only

Today was the first time I flew into OMDB during the day and I started seeing this...







I found it strange, and sad that this happens. Any idea what causes such problems?

Hoping for a solution as this is an INCREDIBLE scenery.
I would like to thank the guys at Flytampa for their amazing work.
