Dubai Order

H,

I have sent a email to order to orders@bmtmicro.com, not sure how the process takes place but after 1h30 still no feedback yet.

any help.

I just checked the name Arslan Nouar as well as your forum email and found no order under your name (yet). Assuming you entered that name or email when ordering of course. Best is to wait for the reply from BMT, it is possible your order did not complete.

Don't want to pull your legs, just wondering how long it takes as I see many many people have it already.

I know some are almost instant, others take a bit. Especially when ordering with gmail/hotmail etc accounts it takes longer. In your case I cannot even see any trace of this order in the backend system. If your CC was charged... and you can see this in your bank statement already, write BMT again in case they don't respond. Have received a receipt confirmation email from BMT and are just waiting for the download email? If you received nothing at all, and your CC hasn't been charged, I would suspect that the order did not complete at all and you have to enter it again.

Is it normal that no one replied me "from: orders@bmtmicro.com" since this morning?

Their based in the United States; North Carolina I recall.
It could just be there not in the office yet.

They wrote me and confirmed that no order was processed or completed under you name. Perhaps just try again and make sure to go trough all the fields and step pressing the "submit" button only once when finsihed.
