Hey All
After a misguided file re-organization, my entire FS9 files were lost. Around $3,000 in addons. Luckily I had purchased
a lot of it from Simmarket, thus was able to retrieve a lot of it.
I re-installed all my Fly Tampa airports, but when I go to Midway and there are no aircraft anywhere. I had this problem
once before with Midway, and was advised to disable "Aircraft cast Shadows". That worked then, but there seems
to be no fix this time. I've even re-did Midways parking spots.with Airport Design Editor. No luck. My traffic slider
is at 100%. Nuthin.
If anyone has overcome this problem, or has any ideas I'd love to hear from you.

The "disable Aircraft cast Shadows" only applies to FSX and only to some older sceneries, not to KMDW V2. None of our current versions of FSX airports have this issue.

Regardless if the problem is in FS9 or FSX, it sounds highly likely that you may have another KMDW Afcad file on your system. If you just temporarely rename or delete the KMDW afcad (in Addon scenery/flytampa-midway....), it should revert to using the default KMDW afcad. If you don't even see aircraft with the default Afcad, something else is wrong.

I found the culprit lurking in the "My World Airports" folder that My World Traffic installs. I knew it was
not in either my Mega Scenery or Mega City for Northern California as I had already cleaned those out.
I had to pull a lot of files out of the My Airports folder, but problem solved. Midway is now bustling as it
ever was.
