Have a look at your folder:

FS9/scenery/name/

Is there a subfolder there named "FlyTampa_Maarten_Backup" with 4 files in it?

If not I suggest running the installer again.

And no there is no such folder called ''FlyTampa_Maarten_Backup'' in Flight Simulator X/Scenery/Name/

I did a clean install of FSX and then I installed MyTraffic 5.2
Then I installed flytampa St. Maarten.

Do you have the FSX-Service-Pack 2 or FSX-Acceleration installed?

I only got the Service Pack 1 installed
I don't have the SP2.

I don't have Acceleration installed, but I understand that the Acceleration question is the same as your question about SP2.
Do I need to install SP2?

I assumed you needed me to install SP2.
I did.

And believe it or not, the problem is gone. Downside: My Frames Per Second dropped with plus minus 15.
But again, the problem is gone.

Solution: Install Service Pack 2

Glad that fixed it.

As a side note. All our FSX sceneries require SP2. It is also safe to say that most Airport Addons from other developers that use custom ground textures will require SP2 as well.

The loss in FPS maybe system related but there maybe some things you can do to help. If you had a customized/tweaked fsx.cfg for pre-SP2, deleting it and letting the Sim generate a new one on the next load may help.

Thank you. But I haven't had one because it was just a clean version (because I reinstalled it yesterday)
