FS Crashs

I just got Tampa and when I try and load a flight from TPA FS crash's. Any Idea? I have all of the rest of fly Tampa stuff with no problem.

This happens to me as well after I land.

There are many reason behind this like due to some wrong thing on runway and also due to some Internal engine problem.
