Buildings around KMDW

I purchased this great product today and I noticed that most of the buildings were gray, so I copied those 2 files to my FS2004 texture file but they are still gray. If it helps Im using PMDG 737. Should I download that downgrade or should I do something else. Any help is great!

ok I just realized a problem, those 2 file are there but I know for sure I moved them there twice so it seems like they're not staying in the folder
