KMDW doesn't work

I have pruchased KMDW and it causes massive problems. As soon as I want to load a flight that starts at Midway, the flightsim shuts down. The entry in the scenery library is made and cannot be deleted (!) for making a reinstallation. What can I do?

When I want to delet it manually by going into the FS9 cfg. the entry for Midway is not there. What can I do?

I want my money back

After installing the KMDW Scenery as required it appears in the library at the bottom:

And it cannot be moved higher in the hierarchy. What went wrong?

It's working now. I've found the mistake. This misterious entry in the library needed to be deleted, after this I could make the complete reinstall and it worked out fine.
