Same terrible gound shimmering...

....So now I have purchased KSFO, KSEA, KMDW, and the St. Maarten pack...as well as my first, KSAN. KSFO and KMDW are unflyable due to a terrible shimmering across all objects of the scenery....KSEA was as well....until I installed the 'fix'.....then it was great! Any 'fixes' available for KMDW or KSFO? Great sceneries...really would like to use them though. Any help would be appreciated!
