How to have the buildings lighten during dusk or dawn?

Hi everyone,

First of all I want to say thank you to Flytampa for the KaiTak scenery, it's really wonderful! The immersion is so great

I just try the IGS approach only a few hours ago and it was the more interesting and funniest approach I flew in FS! No better choice than KaiTak!

Now, because it is Kai Tak, it is not simple (for me) to have the AI (but I am on the way thanks to the forum) and there is this obstacle with the Database for the FMC (PMDG). I would be great to have a little tutorial to update the Navdata (open a .dat?)

So my question is: How can I have the town lighten during dusk or town? It is not night yet but it is too dark, all the town is dark

But maybe it is a limitation of FS9? I don7t know so I prefer to ask as it seems it is possible on the screen of this website.

Well, it seems I didn't know the flight simulator options enough.
