flashing strobes curved lights

Hi Martin , You think you could make a file to have the strobes lights on at daytime and or all the time , just trying to make as real as possible !!!! thank you and i guess 1 more thing you know the lights right at the fence line i think you got it at 5 lights 1 light 5 lights but its 7 lights 1 light 7 lights ! thank you again MIKE watch at the 1:05 mark http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkyuRmGzL94 and again thank you for that R T I L file

since I'm getting in to the lights the red light on top of the checkerboard should be flashing red !! watch 4:22 mark thanks http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-k1x972se7o Martin maybe can you made a file to make it flash ????? thank you MIKE
