I would like to reiterate what Martin is explaining about the barth_app.bgl.
You must be very careful when using any type utility or tool that reports 2 or more AFCAD's. In many cases these type utilities DO NOT understand the SDK's for both FS9/FSX.
Utilities that have been designed for finding more then one AFCAD are based on reading the Airport Header of a bgl.
There are many times as per the SDK's that a Airport Header MUST EXSIT in a bgl that is not a AFCAD in order for the invisible scenery to work correctly.
Before you put 100 percent trust into these Utilities make sure you are looking at duplicate AFCAD's and not scenery bgl's that require the ICAO airport code in the Airport Header.

That is normal for the AFCAD program when 2 bgl's with the same airport header are in the same scenery folder.
You can copy out (cut/paste) the barth_app.bgl and place it into the ...FS2004\Scenery\Generic\scenery folder and it will not be listed in the AFCAD program airport list. Everything will still work properly and the AFCAD program will not see the file anymore.
